I just want to know the main differences in your cat5e cable when it comes to stranded, solid, or shielded which is better which is basically universal.
Article

There are a few main differences in each style cable. Stranded is very flexible and generally used to create patch cables. Solid is not as flexible due thicker jacket/design of the cable; it is typically used to run in walls for installs. Shielded is specific to a location with a high interference or cross talk. FireFold sells more solid than any other style cable.
